A former Journalist who covered Crime, Court, Political and Civic beats for media houses like Mumbai Mirror, TV9, Free Press Journal, Afternoon DC he has a high repute in the field and among the Government, bureaucrats and other authorities. He is the key towards keeping our clients in safe hands. He is responsible for the entire operations and related matters and good at Government Liaison. He is known for his expertise, honesty and trustworthiness in the co-operative sector for two decades. In his career he has handled vulnerable as well big societies and headed Compliance.

Dharmendra Shekhawat is a leading architect while Mukesh Kumar is a leading Structural Engineer. Among other team members of M/s Aryan Consultants are architect Virendra Shekhawat, Manisha Awasthi and civil engineers Devesh Solanki and Vaibhav Tank among others. The team specializes in structural audit, re-development, restoration, qualiy audit, inspection and testing services, gap analysis, feasibility studies and many more and are on MCGM and other government Panels. They are also in to consultancy and execution of Solar Energy, Water Harvesting and Redevelopment Projects.

Advocate S. S. Desai is our guiding figure. He comes with over 30 years’ experience in the field and is highly respected amongst the Co-operative Sector. Be it the Hon. HC or the Apex Court, his arguments, citations and cleverness never lets his clients down. Adv. Desai is often invited seeking guidance on co-operative subjects by the State Government of Maharashtra. His active role in the MCS Act’s amendment has resulted in a more rational Bye-Laws for the Housing Sector. He has to his credit various difficult cases of Registration, Conveyance and Legal cases. Known for his cleverness in formation of societies, he is the first approach and preference in most difficult cases in the Co-operative Sector across the state of Maharashtra.

Advocate Santosh Pandey is a former Judge. During his practice as an advocate, he has attended many matters such as PIL, WRITS and handled cases which were Civil and Criminal matters. He has attended many tribunals as well the DRT and represented his clients effectively. During his course of practice, he is being a specialist of Constitutional, Criminal and Civil matters, cases related to mass-fraud, investment frauds, police investigation, property cases, debt recovery cases, RERA cases are just to name a few to his records.

Shivkumar Gupta is an experienced auditor having 23-years experience in the field of co-operative auditing and accounting. His skill comes with an added advantage of being good at the Legal provisions too. His proven skills in being judgmental while dealing with disclosure of information in financial reporting has avoided any untoward for the clients. His solution-based research interest isolates him from the crowd as he always wears a pleasing and easy-going nature.

Advocate Jitendra Jha is a dynamic, young and sharp persona. Right from handling core-criminal matters he is efficient in handling civil cases as well. Handling cases under MCS Act, RERA, SARFAESI and Property Laws. He has a deep knowledge of Succession as well Shariya Laws that makes him outstanding when it comes to obtaining title transfer cases in a Housing Society. Advocate Sunil Pandey is specialized in Corporate Laws, Finance Laws, Insurance Laws and obviously Civil and Criminal Laws. He is our key to North India Operations and looks after assignments such as Registration, Conveyance, Compliance check and legal audit. He is an LLM in Corporate Laws and is now perceiving his doctorate in the Legal field. Apart from Law as a career he perceives that Legal Service shall be rendered to the poors and downtroden and thus takes up matters of social importance in forms of WRITs and PILs. He mainly practises in Lucknow and Allahabad High Courts.

Vikas Asawa is a dynamic Chartered Accountant and his firm M/s Maheshwari & Co., is a renowned leading firm which is empaneled with Reserve Bank of India, Comptroller General of India (CAG), Serious Fraud and Investigation - for Forensic Audits, Indian Banking Association, State Bank of India, Empanelment of Labour Department, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank of India, IDBI Bank, Bank of Maharashtra and other national banks and has presence in Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Surat, Agmedabad and Indore. Bharat Chaniary comes with around 20-years overall experience in the field of Co- operatives and is enrolled as Class - A, Statutory Auditor and Returning Officer for the State Co-operative Election Authority, Maharashtra. He is an excellent auditor and has excellent Liaison skills. He ensures to avoid special audit orders by the District Special Auditor (DSA) by perfecting his report. His Election works have never been challenged so far which too, is self-explanatory about his way of working.

Pradeep Akerkar is a retired Government Officer, on Panel of DJR – Mumbai for conducting Elections in ‘E’ Classified Societies. He comes with a 25 years’ experience in the field of Co-operative Elections. He is an honest and strict election officer known for his sincere and practical approach. His Election works have never been challenged so far which, is self- explanatory about his way of working and sincerity. He is also a GDC & A and Statutory Auditor for Co-operative Societies.

Sanjay has an experience of around 15-years in accounting, billing, compliances and management of co-operative housing societies. He is a GDCA and handles all our client’s accounting, billing and audit related issues. He is a keen learner and keeps himself updated on directions and orders from statutory authorities for effectively managing co-operative housing societies. He heads a team of accountants and financial executives to smoothen the day-to-day functioning of our client societies.

Advocate Nitin Tabhane is a specialist of MCS, RERA, MLR and other Laws related to Housing, Property and of Civil nature. A keen and dedicated person who always wears a smile. He is excellent in Society Formation and Conveyance of Land apart from his arguments and defense strategies opted during proceedings, be if before the Hon. Courts and or a Tribunal. Nitin has to his credit over hundreds of societies being registered and conveyed and is still counting.
